Delhi: OnGrid, a trust and verification platform, has announced the appointment of Manav Jain as its new Chief Business Officer (CBO). With over 20 years of cross-industry experience spanning SaaS, fintech, IT, and manufacturing, Manav joins OnGrid to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen business fundamentals.
Throughout his career, Manav has held key leadership positions at companies including Loconav, Paytm, Microsoft, and the Murugappa Group. In addition, he co-founded two hiring-tech ventures — UniHyr and Hyrr — and has worked extensively at the intersection of business, human resources, and technology. He is an alumnus of XLRI (2004) and the Asian Institute of Management, Manila (2010), bringing a strong blend of operational insight and entrepreneurial spirit to his new role.
At OnGrid, Manav’s mandate includes leading customer success, business operations, and cross-functional strategy across revenue growth, technology, HR, finance, legal, and administration — all with a focus on sustainable, scalable execution.
