In her new role, Afshan Banu will spearhead strategic direction, digital expansion, and global brand partnerships for Opptra’s Fashion and Beauty division. With over 30 years of experience across retail, e-commerce, and digital ecosystems, Afshan brings proven expertise in scaling iconic brands and building strong consumer experiences.
Afshan has held senior leadership positions at major global names including Nike, Lazada, Victoria’s Secret, GAP, Williams Sonoma, and Triumph. As Senior Director of E-commerce at Nike for Southeast Asia and India, she led pivotal digital projects across Nike.com, Nike App, SNKRS, and marketplace partnerships, contributing to the brand’s significant growth in the region. At Lazada, she served as Executive Vice President, driving the fashion vertical and forging key global brand partnerships. Her tenure as AVP at Victoria’s Secret (Valiram Group) saw her focusing on brand development and profitability across Asia and Australia.
