Our objective is to make products and solutions for enterprises which might help them to become more productive and target work specially within the WFH and remote working scenario. We all know that times have changed and also the business models furthermore. At ZingHR, we’ve HRTech products covering the whole spectrum from Hiring, Onboarding to Exit management basically the entire employee lifecycle processes.

Customer First, Employee First Organization

The customer is at the core of every business and at ZingHR as an organization we are continuously evolving, and customers are the one who is driving the change. We have been flexible and agile to adapt to changing customer needs. This can only happen if the HR Tech product can provide the customers with an exceptional experience. We strongly believe that Employees are the backbone of every organization. They contribute a lot to the growth and well-being of the organizations. An organization that has a well-trained and happy employee with a positive attitude will always be successful. Organizational culture is a critical element in driving change, and the ability to learn and adapt is a good indicator of a growing business.

Innovation to Be a Key Driver For Growth

When it involves innovation we always compete with ourselves. We have introduced many innovative outcomation based products like Career and Succession Planning, Recruitment with Machine Learning, Video Interviews, Digital I card and Employee Surveys which can be utilised by the Large Enterprises during these crises. Innovation is the key to success in any business. With a good response from India with over 550+ clients, we are now getting to move to new geographies globally in 2020-21 keeping in mind the increased demand for innovation-led products for enterprises.

Expansion in New Geographies and Regions 

We believe that geographical expansion is a crucial driver for Growth of any business. We have expanded our HRMS Solutions in Southeast Asia, Middle East, Portugal, Spain, Australia and we plan to go now to North America and Other parts of Europe as well. Our team is now expanding into global markets to ensure that we have world-class HRMS products in the whole suite of HRTech.

Focussing On Learning, Unlearning & Relearning

The new mantra for us in 2020-21 is to focus on learning, unlearning, and relearning to ensure Business Growth and Innovation led products. Our object is simple to ensure that we create products which are needed by the enterprises to solve their bigger challenges and issues. Our end focus is building products and services e.g. OKRs, Success Planning etc which can help enterprises focus on macro and micro level for a futuristic learning both in the Indian and global markets.
