Park Medi World announces ₹920 crore Initial Public Offering; issue opens on December 10, 2025

Mumbai: Park Medi World Limited (“the Company”) has announced that its Initial Public Offering (IPO) will open on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, marking a significant milestone in its growth trajectory within India’s healthcare sector. The Bid/Offer will close on Friday, December 12, 2025, with the Anchor Investor Bidding Date scheduled for Tuesday, December 9, 2025.

The Company has fixed the price band at ₹154 to ₹162 per equity share of face value ₹2 each. Investors can place bids for a minimum of 92 equity shares and in multiples of 92 shares thereafter.

The IPO comprises a total offer size of ₹920 crore, including a fresh issue of ₹770 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of ₹150 crore by promoter selling shareholder Dr. Ajit Gupta.

The Company intends to deploy the net proceeds from the fresh issue towards key business priorities, including:

(i) “repayment/ prepayment, in full or in part, of outstanding borrowings availed by Company and its Subsidiaries”;
(ii) “Funding capital expenditure for development of new hospital by Subsidiary, Park Medicity (NCR)”;
(iii) “Funding capital expenditure for purchase of medical equipment by our Company and our Subsidiaries, Blue Heavens and Ratangiri”; and
(iv) “balance amount towards Unidentified inorganic acquisitions and general corporate purposes”.

The Offer for Sale consists of equity shares aggregating up to ₹150 crore by the promoter selling shareholder.

The IPO is being managed by Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, CLSA India Private Limited, DAM Capital Advisors Limited, and Intensive Fiscal Services Private Limited, who are acting as the Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs) to the issue.

The equity shares are being offered through the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) dated December 4, 2025, filed with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana, and are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and the NSE.
