New Delhi: Primus Partners has appointed Neelu Khatri, former co-founder of Akasa Air, as an Independent Director, strengthening the firm’s Board and governance framework.
Khatri was among the founding members of Akasa Air and played a key role in building the airline from blueprint to execution, contributing to one of the fastest scale-ups in global aviation. She brings more than three decades of experience across defence, aviation, aerospace technology and consulting.
In her role as Independent Director, Khatri will provide strategic guidance on corporate governance and help support the firm’s next phase of growth. Primus Partners has positioned itself as an India-headquartered management consulting and solutions-focused firm with a strong emphasis on corporate governance. The company has appointed independent directors to its board since its early years and also invites Gen Z employees to board meetings to ensure young perspectives are represented in key discussions.
