Mumbai : &PrivéHD, is all ready to take you on a voyage to the other side of obsession and trauma with the premiere telecast of The Family Fang on Saturday, November 17 at 1 PM and 9 PM. Directed by Jason Bateman, best remembered for his roles in comedy movies and television movies The Hogan Family, Arrested Development among others, the film brings together a promising cast featuring Nicole Kidman (Annie), Christopher Walken (Caleb Fang), Jason Butler Harner(Caleb) and other excellent and talented artists.
Siblings Baxter and Annie have had an unusual upbringing with their parents performing elaborative hoaxes through their life. Things take an unexpected turn when their parents go missing under troubling circumstances leaving the kids confused. Unsure whether it’s true or just another elaborate ruse, their investigation goes beyond any imagination and they realize that nothing could have prepared them for what they discover about their parents and, more importantly, themselves. Stuck in a situation as disturbing as this one, the siblings wonder what must be done if the family that you wished went missing, actually went missing? When they were younger, childhood trauma fused with creative freedom at every chance it got. After all; the only thing worse than being ignored, is being traumatized; And Baxter and Annie know that far too well for their own good.
