Mumbai: After 26 years in the TV production space and having made over 10,000 hours of Tamil content the Vikatan Group is stepping into the Hindi space. It is doing a show ‘Udne Ki Asha‘ for Star India.
This is a Hindi version of its show on Star Vijay called ‘Siragadikka Aasai’. It is being produced by Rolling Tales Production which is a JV between Vikatan TV and Rahul Kumar Tewary, Vikatan TV will handle script and creatives. Tewary will handle production.
Dharmesh Shah is the show Director and Simran Narula will be the Creative Director. The channel has unviled the trivia and launch date is expected to be announced shortly.
Earlier Vikatan’s Tamil soap opera ‘Thirumathi Selvam’ was remade in Hindi as ‘Pavitra Rishta’ which was produced by Balaji Telefilms.
