Mumbai: Wooden Street, a digital-first furniture and home solutions brand, has announced the appointment of Pulkit Tiwari as Chief Growth and Marketing Officer. In this strategic role, Pulkit will lead the company’s marketing, growth, and brand strategy efforts, working closely with the founder’s office and leadership teams across retail, technology, and operations.
Bringing over a decade of cross-sector experience across companies like Wipro, Amazon, and Ericsson, Pulkit has a strong foundation in e-commerce, digital brand building, and customer-centric innovation. His expertise spans performance marketing, monetization, and customer experience, having successfully led teams and programs at both startups and large enterprises.
“At this point in my journey, I’m drawn to problems that are equal parts business and human,” said Pulkit Tiwari. “Wooden Street has built something meaningful in a complex space—balancing design, service, and access. The opportunity now is to shape how customers experience the brand in more thoughtful, consistent, and differentiated ways as we scale.”
Founded in 2015, Wooden Street has emerged as a frontrunner in the premium home solutions segment, backed by a robust design-to-delivery model and a network of over 100+ experience stores across India. With strong investor backing, the brand is now focusing on its next phase of growth—expanding market reach while delivering sharper value and deeper customer relationships.
Pulkit’s appointment marks a pivotal moment in the brand’s journey, as he takes charge of strengthening Wooden Street’s brand identity, optimizing the customer acquisition funnel, and building long-term storytelling and performance growth engines that reflect the brand’s omnichannel strengths.
“Pulkit brings a rare mix of structure, warmth, and sharp customer understanding,” said Lokendra Ranawat, CEO and Co-founder of Wooden Street. “He listens deeply, moves quickly, and raises the bar without making it feel heavy. I’m excited for what we’ll build together—not just in terms of topline growth, but in how people experience Wooden Street at every touchpoint.”
Pulkit’s leadership is expected to play a critical role in Wooden Street’s evolution from a fast-growing digital-first player to a category-defining lifestyle brand with human-first design, accessibility, and relevance at its core.
