PunToon Kids and VidUnit have strengthened their leadership team with the appointment of Sagar Panda as Vice President – Brand Partnerships, as the two digital content companies accelerate their expansion across branded content, creator-led formats, and advertiser solutions.
Panda brings nearly two decades of experience across media, advertising and digital platforms, with a track record of building high-impact brand alliances, scaling integrated sales solutions and driving sustainable revenue growth.
In his new role, he will lead brand partnerships, integrated digital sales and branded content initiatives across both PunToon Kids and VidUnit. With VidUnit ramping up its portfolio of celebrity-led digital content IPs, Panda will focus on building strategic brand collaborations around these properties, creating scalable and outcome-driven partnership models for advertisers.
Prior to joining PunToon Kids and VidUnit, Panda headed the West and North regional business at Lokal News App, where he played a key role in regional expansion and revenue growth. His previous leadership stints include ZEE5, Zee Entertainment, Sakal Media Group, The Hindu Group, India TV, Network18 (News18) and Dalal Street Investment Journal.
His expertise spans digital and programmatic advertising, native and branded content, sponsorship-led IPs, concept selling, direct sales and revenue forecasting. He is also known for building and managing high-performing sales teams across both traditional and digital media environments.
