Mumbai: Khimji Jewellers has appointed Rajat Verma as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), strengthening the brand’s leadership team as it accelerates growth and retail expansion across India. In his new role, Verma will lead the company’s marketing function, overseeing brand strategy, marketing execution, and consumer-focused initiatives across Khimji Jewellers’ portfolio.
As part of the senior leadership team, Verma will play a key role in aligning marketing efforts with overall business objectives, particularly during the launch of new outlets. His responsibilities will span brand building, marketing strategy, and execution, while also supporting the company’s expansion plans in the Indian retail jewellery market.
Verma joins Khimji Jewellers from V2 Retail Ltd., where he was instrumental in devising and executing marketing initiatives that drove growth across multiple areas of the business. With over two decades of experience in the retail and consumer sectors, he brings deep expertise in brand development, marketing-led expansion strategies, and consumer engagement.
In his new assignment, Verma is expected to serve as a central pillar of Khimji Jewellers’ marketing operations, while also acting as a key driver of the company’s retail expansion ambitions in India.
