Mumbai: RepIndia, a digital communications agency, has announced the appointment of Yash Bhatt as Account Director – ORM, further bolstering its Online Reputation Management vertical. With over 14 years of experience across customer service, digital brand experience, and ORM, Yash’s leadership is set to enhance the agency’s growing capabilities in managing brand reputation in an increasingly complex digital ecosystem.

Before joining RepIndia, Yash was associated with Games24x7, where he played a crucial role in shaping the organisation’s digital customer experience strategy, strengthening consumer engagement, and building long-term trust across platforms.

In his new role, Yash will drive excellence across key client mandates by building advanced listening frameworks, strengthening RepIndia’s social intelligence practice, and elevating response management systems. He will also focus on crafting customer experience-led reputation strategies that align with the evolving expectations of digital-first consumers, further advancing RepIndia’s goal of becoming one of the most valued ORM and strategic communications partners in the industry.
