Mumbai: VIP Industries Limited has named Sameer Wanchoo as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Wanchoo joins VIP Industries after a successful stint of over seven years at Eureka Forbes Ltd., where he most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer and played a key role in driving brand transformation and growth across categories.
Announcing his new role on LinkedIn, Wanchoo shared, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as CMO at VIP Industries Limited!”
With more than two decades of experience across FMCG, consumer durables, retail, media and entertainment, Wanchoo brings deep expertise in brand management, consumer insights, market research, business strategy, product development and integrated marketing. Prior to Eureka Forbes, he has held leadership roles at several marquee organisations including CavinKare, Mattel Inc., Big Bazaar, Dabur India, ESPN Star Sports and Starcom. He began his professional journey as a Senior Media Planner at Starcom in 2000.
An MBA in Marketing from KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research, Wanchoo is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening VIP Industries’ brand portfolio and driving its marketing strategy in a competitive and evolving consumer landscape.
