Mumbai: Saradha Govindarajan has joined Maran Group Holding as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective December 2025. Prior to this appointment, she had been associated with the organisation as a part-time Business Strategy Consultant.
Announcing the development on her LinkedIn profile, Saradha said, “I’m excited to start my new job! #newjob as COO, Maran Group Holding. This is a family office and holding company of Mr. Dayanidhi Maran.”
Saradha brings with her extensive experience across business strategy, operations, and organisational leadership, having worked with several prominent companies across diverse sectors. Before joining Maran Group Holding, she held roles at organisations including Veranda Learning, Qube Cinema, Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital, Mahindra Two Wheelers Ltd, Mahindra & Mahindra, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited and Nielsen.
She began her professional journey as a Client Solutions Consultant at Nielsen, gaining early experience in market research and client strategy.
With a career spanning multiple industries, Saradha has developed expertise across human resources, investments, operations management, strategy, marketing, sales management, product development and market research, among other areas. Her appointment is expected to support Maran Group Holding’s operational oversight and strategic initiatives as it manages its portfolio of business interests.
