Mumbai: Shreya Anand has stepped down from her role as Lead – Digital Marketing at Nippon Paint India, marking the end of her association with the company since 2023.
Announcing her exit via LinkedIn, Anand reflected on her journey with the organisation, highlighting her contributions across digital storytelling and brand building.
“Three years at Nippon Paint India and what a journey it has been. I came in with curiosity and a drive to create. I leave with a body of work that I’m incredibly proud of. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to not just contribute, but truly build – shaping social and digital narratives, crafting campaigns that resonated, and creating IPs that went beyond momentary engagement to leave a lasting imprint on the brand’s voice and community. From conceptualising ideas to seeing them come alive at scale, this journey has been equal parts challenging and rewarding. There’s a special kind of fulfilment in knowing that something you built from scratch now lives, breathes, and continues to connect with people. But what made it all meaningful were the people. To every team member, collaborator, mentor, and friend – thank you for the trust, the creative freedom, and the constant push to think bigger and do better.
The work was exciting, but the people made it unforgettable. Thank you to my ever supportive pillars Mark Titus 🇮🇳 Mahesh Anand Hari Hara Sudhan Sridhar and Bharath Raja. You’ve been nothing short of amazing. I leave with immense pride, gratitude, and a stronger sense of who I am as a creator and marketer. And now, onto what’s next. Here’s to evolving, building, and embracing the unknown.”
During her tenure, Anand played a key role in shaping the brand’s digital presence, driving social media narratives, and building campaigns and intellectual properties that strengthened audience engagement and brand recall.
Prior to joining Nippon Paint India, Anand held roles across organisations including Zoho, A1 Marketing India, Ariro Toys, Rowdy Pictures, Isle of Skin, Social Beat, Purple Digicomm, Fifth Estate Communications, The Brew Magazine, and Digicorp Studio.
With extensive experience across digital and performance marketing, video production, brand building, content marketing, social media optimisation, and copywriting, Anand is expected to explore new opportunities in the evolving digital and marketing landscape.
