Mumbai: Shrungeri Pawale has joined Ogilvy India as Creative Technologist, strengthening the agency’s capabilities at the intersection of technology, design, and storytelling.
Prior to this, Pawale served as Lead Designer – Immersive Experience Design at Matter, where she had been associated since 2023. In her new role at Ogilvy India, she is expected to contribute to immersive experiences and emerging technology-led creative solutions.
Announcing her new role on LinkedIn, Shrungeri shared, “I’m happy to share that I’ve joined Ogilvy India as a Creative Technologist. It feels special to be part of such an esteemed organisation that has shaped the way the world thinks about ideas and storytelling for so many years.
As someone who works at the intersection of code and creativity, I’ve always believed technology and design is most powerful when it amplifies human emotion. Ogilvy’s legacy has consistently been about ideas that move people and the opportunity to now contribute to that legacy, through immersive experiences and emerging technology, feels like the right next chapter.
I would like to thank Rajneesh Bolia, Dishant Malik, Shruti Shetty, Neha Soni for guiding me through the entire process with so much warmth and clarity. Transitions can be overwhelming, but your support made this one feel thoughtful and exciting.
A heartfelt thank you to my mentor @jignesh khakhar; from my time spent at the National Institute of Design to stepping into the real world, your guidance has shaped how I think and approach my work. I carry those learnings with me into this new chapter. I’m stepping in with curiosity, eagerness and readiness to build and to explore how creative tech can deepen narratives, reimagine engagement and craft experiences that feel both intelligent and intuitive.”
Before her tenure at Matter, Pawale worked with leading organisations including Forbes Marshall, John Deere India Pvt. Ltd. and Lokusdesign.
With extensive experience across creative concept design, experiential marketing, creative technology, industrial design and development, and mixed reality, Pawale’s appointment reflects Ogilvy India’s continued investment in emerging technologies to enhance brand storytelling and audience engagement.
