Srinivasan previously served as the Managing Director and CEO of Federal Bank for 14 years, where he played a crucial role in expanding the bank’s national presence, enhancing digital banking capabilities, and strengthening asset quality. His leadership transformed Federal Bank from a regional entity into a nationally recognized institution, achieving consistent financial growth while maintaining a human-centric approach to innovation and customer service.
