Actor Ranveer Singh said, “Adi Sir has a reputation of a maker of classics. When a filmmaker makes a film he’s putting a piece of a soul on celluloid. He said a very simple thing to me, ‘I am so happy right now that I want that happiness of my life to be manifested in a film’. At that moment I was Befikre. The energy with which a film is made always translates on celluloid and Adi Sir wanted a certain collective energy because he understands all too well. He wanted there to be happiness and comradery in the movie.”
