Mumbai: Sportz Interactive (SI), a global leader in fan engagement solutions for sports organisations, has announced a strengthened leadership line-up to accelerate its expansion in key global markets such as the UK and Europe, while driving its strategic shift towards a GenAI-first future.
The revamped leadership structure unites seasoned experts across Product, Technology, Delivery, Human Resources, and core business functions, complementing an experienced senior management team that continues to spearhead SI’s growing industry verticals and global sales. This combined expertise is set to scale innovation, streamline operations, and deliver market-leading solutions to clients worldwide.
At the core of the new structure is a unified triad of Product, Technology, and Delivery:
- Sanket Sawkar, Chief Product & Innovation Officer (CPIO): A 23-year SI veteran, Sanket will define the company’s product vision and innovation strategy, creating solutions tailored to evolving client and market needs.
- Monojit Banerjee, Chief Technology Officer (CTO): With prior experience at JP Morgan, Amazon, and Razorpay, Monojit will lead the development of scalable, secure engineering platforms to power SI’s ambitious product roadmap.
- Ravi Ranjan, Chief Delivery Officer (CDO): An Agile delivery specialist from Capgemini and Thoughtworks, Ravi will ensure timely, high-quality project execution across the organisation.
Further strengthening SI’s focus on its people, Himanshu Kapadia joins as the company’s first Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), bringing experience from Disney, HDFC, and DBS. He will lead initiatives to foster a people-first culture, enabling high performance and sustainable growth.
