Mumbai: Spotify has announced the promotion of Neha Ahuja to Director of Growth for the Japan and Pacific (JAPAC) region, effective immediately.
Previously serving as Director and Head of Marketing for Spotify India, Ahuja will now lead growth initiatives across Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and other key Pacific markets. In her expanded role, she will focus on accelerating user acquisition, driving premium subscription adoption, and strengthening market penetration in a region known for its diverse music ecosystems and rising demand for audio streaming.
Ahuja, who joined Spotify in January 2019, has played a pivotal role in establishing the platform as one of India’s most-loved music streaming services. With over two decades of experience, she has held leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, where she drove growth for the Oral Care division, and at Vodafone, where she managed brand communications and partnerships.
Her appointment reflects Spotify’s continued investment in strengthening its leadership across global growth markets and scaling its presence in JAPAC.
