Mumbai: Srivats TS has taken charge as Senior Vice-President and Head of Marketing at Reliance Retail, as reflected in a recent update to his LinkedIn profile.
He moves into the role after nearly four years at Netflix India, where he led the platform’s India marketing initiatives, spanning brand strategy, consumer engagement and campaign leadership for one of the country’s most competitive streaming markets.
Prior to Netflix, he spent five years at Swiggy as Senior Vice-President for Marketing and Customer Experience. There, he handled brand building, growth programmes and multi-channel consumer engagement during a period of rapid expansion for the platform.
Across a career approaching two decades, Srivats has worked with several consumer-focused and technology-driven companies, including stints at Quikr in digital brand marketing and at Nokia, where he contributed to brand marketing, consumer insights and organised trade efforts.
An MBA from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, he brings extensive experience in brand development, consumer behaviour and data-led marketing to his new mandate at Reliance Retail.
