Star Vijay is all set to launch a youth entertainment channel ‘Vijay Takkar’ with a 360-degree launch campaign. The new channel will have content line-up primarily targeting the Tamil youth.
The tagline for the new youth channel is positioned as Vijay TAKKAR – ‘Ini ithuthaan trend setter’.
The channel’s statement read, “Vijay Takkar will have a brand personality that will reflect today’s youth. It will be a channel that acts as a trendsetter in the domain of entertainment of multiple versatilities. Hence the tagline ‘Vijay Takkar – ini idhudaan trend setter’ promptly matches it all.”
Vijay Takkar has the genre preferences for a mix of non-fiction shows movies & music that are blended. And in the space of Non-fiction the channel will identify shows that would resonate with the youth and are in line with their interests.
The channel’s shows cover the lifestyle of Tamil youth. Apart from the game shows, the channel will also have music & movies for the young audience.
