Hyderabad: Sub-K IMPACT Solutions Limited, a financial inclusion-focused fintech, has implemented a new organizational structure and announced a few key senior-level elevations that are aimed at strengthening the company’s leadership capabilities to drive its business growth and strategy. Sub-K aims to reach 10 million micro-enterprises through a bouquet of financial services in 2025.
Jitender Kalwani, who has served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for the past 8 years and led the company through multiple investment rounds, has been promoted to the position of Executive Director. He will be responsible for finance, operations, legal, secretarial, internal audit, and partnership functions. Dinesh Saili, who was North Business Head and instrumental in successfully expanding the business in several new geographies, has been promoted to Chief Growth Officer. Dinesh will be responsible for overall revenue growth across all business lines of Sub-K. Pavan Kumar, who was South Business Head and has demonstrated exemplary leadership by successfully steering the business through the Covid crisis, has been promoted to Chief Credit Risk Officer. He will be responsible for managing credit and operational risk for the company.

Jitender has a rich experience of almost two decades spanning multiple strategic roles across financial and other services. He specializes in finance, accounting, MIS, budgeting, tax and regulatory issues, and organizational processes and controls. In his earlier position, he was responsible for optimizing financial performance, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and raising capital for Sub-K. He previously worked for Megasoft, Gati, and AMR Softtech Limited before joining Sub-K IMPACT Solutions Limited.
Dinesh Saili has more than two decades of experience in Sales and Distribution Management. He has previously managed medium to large strategic business units in diverse sectors such as FMCG, Durables, Insurance, and Microfinance at both the regional and national levels. Prior to joining Sub-K, he has worked with P&G, Asian Paints, HDFC SLIC, Aviva Life Insurance, and Bhartiya Samruddhi Finance Limited.
Pavan Kumar is a seasoned financial service professional. He has over 20 years of experience in Microfinance, Agri-Finance, and Digital Lending. He has worked in Operations, Human Resources, and Marketing for BASIX and Sub-K in various capacities over the years.
