Sujay Pal, Co-founder & CEO, brings over 20 years of expertise in marketing, business strategy, and digital transformation. At CitiusTech, he led several high-impact initiatives for a global healthcare technology portfolio. At Cogncy, he is focused on driving innovation, scalability, and value creation.
Geetika Gulati, Co-founder & Chief Growth Officer, has extensive experience in communications strategy, narrative building, and public relations. She has shaped brand stories for major Indian and international organisations across lifestyle, education, consumer, and B2B sectors. At Cogncy, she leads growth and strategic initiatives, ensuring each content solution aligns with business goals and market opportunities.
