Bangalore: Sunny Side Up, the independent brand and creative consultancy with offices in Bangalore and Hyderabad, has expanded its leadership team in Bangalore, marking a significant step in the agency’s growth strategy and ambition to become one of India’s most agile and impact-driven creative partners for leading brands.
The agency has welcomed senior leaders across business, creative, and design functions to deepen integrated capabilities and unlock the next phase of scale.
Tashina A joins as Senior Vice President, tasked with driving new business and strategic growth. With experience at Ogilvy, Creativeland Asia, Dentsu Webchutney, and Saatchi, she has worked on marquee brands including Royal Enfield, iD Fresh Food, Scotch Brite, Cadbury, Budweiser, Fortune Oil, and Raag Gold Oil.
Shyam Nair joins as Creative Director to spearhead the agency’s creative vision. Having previously worked at FCB, McCann, and Dentsu, he has contributed to campaigns for ITC, Maruti Suzuki, Nestle, Coca-Cola, and Honda.
Farhat Shaukat comes on board as Creative Director – Design, bringing experience from Vice Media, The Bold Creative, and 22Feet Tribal Worldwide. She has led design work for Flipkart, Mr Muscle, Pedigree, TTK Prestige, Judge, Whiskas, Neutrogena, and Marriott Bonvoy.
Tanya Kapool joins as Director – Client Services, with prior stints at FCB and Schbang. She has partnered with brands such as Sunfeast Yippee, Sunfeast Marie, Candyman, Budweiser, Seven Rivers, and ITC.
Aswirbaad Das joins as Associate Creative Director, having previously worked at DDB and MullenLowe on campaigns for Nivea, Too Yumm!, Saffola Oils, Bajaj ADHO, and Diageo.
