Talentedge launches their new website to enhance user experience and future growth

New Delhi: Talentedge – one of India’s leading Ed-Tech players in the growing Higher Education segment, has launched their new website with a new UX and UI based on research conducted by the company earlier in the year.

The new Talentedge website is in line with the recent efforts by the brand to improve their brand experience across various touchpoints and comes close to the heels of their Brand Purpose and Brand identity relaunch that happened in July 2021. It is an integral part of their core value proposition of serving customers with delightful experiences across touch-points.

Speaking on the development, Abhinav Upadhyay, Chief Marketing Officer, Talentedge said, “Brands are a sum total of experiences that consumers have with the brand. When we conducted the brand discovery to find our Brand Purpose, we did a deep dive around the experiential interfaces for the brand. One of the key pillars for our user acquisition as well as user experience is our website. To let no ambition go unfulfilled, we need to ensure that every visitor gets a superior experience and a highly interactive way to be able to choose the course that powers their career aspirations. With a legacy system, it would have been difficult to achieve this or fulfil user aspirations and this website will help people choose better, learn better and eventually fulfil their goals and ambitions while having a superior experience with the brand. The site has shown very encouraging results immediately on the speed index and as more functionalities get rolled out, the full experience of the website will be truly delightful for our customers”

“The new website has been built keeping the new search algorithms, emerging technological trends as well as the user search, content preference, discovery and conversion patterns that we studied deeply before building and shipping the new experience.”, added Upadhyay.

The new website is based on UX research conducted by Talentedge earlier in the year. Post the research the brand deep-dived into the consumer preferences and trends in terms of content types, technology, and needs and wants of the Indian customers instead of following a one-size-fits-all template.

With the new website, Talentedge wants to build on its fast-growing user growth, engagement, and interactivity to help the user get to the course of her choice in the lowest number of clicks.

Being one of India’s leading Ed-Tech players, Talentedge caters to the ever-growing needs of the consumers and institutions for Executive Certification as well Online Program Management as it helps Top 100 Universities take their degrees online as per the guidelines laid down in the National Education Policy 2021 (NEP2021).
