New York: Samyu Murali, Creative at Talented, Bengaluru, has been named one of the 36 global winners of the Next Creative Leaders 2025, a prestigious program celebrating women and non-binary creatives making a global impact in advertising and design.
Celebrating its 10th year, Next Creative Leaders (NCL) — presented in partnership with The 3% Movement — remains the industry’s only free, global portfolio competition dedicated to recognizing and amplifying the voices of women, non-binary, and trans creatives who are redefining creative leadership and shaping the industry’s future.
This year’s NCL winners represent 17 countries, selected by an international jury of 59 top creatives from 23 countries. The program continues to spotlight fresh creative voices who blend bold ideas with purpose-driven perspectives.

“For more than two decades, The One Club has provided programming that helps improve the industry’s diversity and gender equality,” said Kevin Swanepoel, CEO, The One Club. “Next Creative Leaders is one of our fast-growing programs because it identifies, elevates and gives voice to creatives around the world like Talented’s Samyu Murali who are making a real difference, opening doors and inspiring the next generation.”
The Next Creative Leaders initiative offers each winner a complimentary one-year membership with The One Club, eligibility to serve on global award juries, participation in mentorship programs, and opportunities to speak at industry events. Their work will also be showcased across The One Club’s website and social media platforms.
A special virtual celebration honoring all winners will be held on November 6, featuring conversations with past and present honorees.
Branding for Next Creative Leaders 2025 was created by Du Nieto (he/they) — an NCL 2021 winner and lead designer at Revolut — with the Romie Light Italic font contributed by Margot Lévêque Studio, New York.
