Mumbai: Dentsu India has named Tejas Lad as Director – Digital Planning, further strengthening its digital leadership capabilities. Lad joins the network after his most recent role as Global Account Director at Havas Media Network India.

In his new role, Lad will be responsible for strengthening digital planning strategies and driving integrated, data-led solutions for clients across categories, as Dentsu continues to sharpen its focus on digital transformation and innovation.
Prior to his stint at Havas Media Network India, Lad has worked with several leading organisations including Wavemaker India, GroupM, and Ibs. He began his career as a Digital Marketing Executive at Ibs in 2015, steadily building expertise across digital planning and strategy roles.
With over nine years of industry experience, Lad brings strong capabilities across business development, digital marketing, digital and marketing strategy, marketing analytics, online advertising, account management, and data analysis. His appointment underscores Dentsu India’s continued investment in senior digital talent to support evolving client needs in a rapidly changing media landscape.
