Mumbai: ThinkROI, a digital media and creative agency, has announced the appointment of Nitin Kalel as its Director – Technology.

With over two decades of expertise in technology and digital innovation, Nitin brings a wealth of experience from leading organizations such as Interactive Avenues, People Interactive, Reliance Digital Entertainment, and Hungama Digital Services. Known for aligning technology seamlessly with business objectives, Nitin has driven numerous award-winning projects, including the groundbreaking ITC Sunfeast Biscuits AR campaign featuring Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan.

Expressing his enthusiasm for the new role, Nitin said, “I’m honored to join ThinkROI. The agency’s creativity-meets-technology approach is truly inspiring, and I’m eager to push the boundaries of what we can achieve. I look forward to contributing to ThinkROI’s vision and elevating it to new heights of innovation.”

This appointment also marks the reunion of Nitin with ThinkROI’s Co-founder & Chief Creative Officer, Suraj Talaulikar. The duo shares a rich history of successful collaborations on campaigns for industry giants across sectors such as FMCG, telecommunications, automobiles, BFSI, hospitality, and more.

Suraj, renowned for his creative leadership at Interactive Avenues, Hungama Digital Services, Ogilvy, Isobar, and TATA Interactive Systems, expressed his excitement about reuniting with Nitin, “Working with Nitin has always been a seamless and inspiring experience. His deep understanding of technology and passion for innovation perfectly complement my creative process. Under Nitin’s leadership and his dynamic partnership with Suraj, ThinkROI is set to break new ground in digital marketing by leveraging creativity and technology to deliver transformative results and redefine industry standards.
