Bengaluru: Trupeer.ai, the AI-powered video platform transforming how businesses create and share workflow content, has raised $3 million in seed funding. The round was led by RTP Global, with participation from Salesforce Ventures—following Trupeer’s win at the Salesforce AI Pitchfield—and over 20 CIO and CTO angel investors from Fortune 500 companies.
The Bengaluru-based startup helps teams convert raw screen recordings into polished, studio-quality product videos in seconds. Used by over 10,000 teams worldwide, Trupeer’s platform enables fast creation of demos, tutorials, and training content across 50+ languages—without requiring video editing expertise.
Founded by Shivali Goyal and Pritish Gupta, Trupeer was born out of a shared challenge: how to scale product knowledge effectively across large teams. Goyal, who previously led digital transformation initiatives at BCG, and Gupta, a veteran of hypergrowth startups, identified the pain points associated with traditional video workflows—time-consuming edits, expensive production, and tools not built for scale.
“Software should be easy to explain. But until now, making good product videos meant spending hours editing or thousands of dollars on production,” said Shivali Goyal, CEO and co-founder of Trupeer. “We built Trupeer so anyone can turn a simple recording into a polished video that’s clear, searchable, and ready to scale—no video skills needed.”
Trupeer’s multi-modal AI engine automates every step of the process—from cleaning up filler words and generating voiceovers to adding smart zooms, subtitles, cursor tracking, and lifelike AI avatars. The platform also creates step-by-step documentation with screenshots and summaries alongside the video, dramatically reducing content creation time for product, support, and training teams.
What sets Trupeer apart is its ability to personalize videos at scale. Teams can generate multiple versions of a single video customized by audience, language, or branding, and share them instantly via links or embeds. This AI-first approach is already helping organizations improve customer onboarding, reduce support queries, and streamline internal training.
“Trupeer is reimagining content creation by turning what was once complex, costly, and manual into a fast, automated, and scalable process,” said Madhur Makkar, Partner at RTP Global. “From onboarding to training, they’re making high-quality product content accessible in minutes. The response from users has been outstanding, and we’re excited to partner with them on this journey.”
With the new funding, Trupeer plans to accelerate product development and expand its capabilities beyond screen recordings. Upcoming features include video generation from documents, deeper CRM and LMS integrations, and tools to personalize content for different user personas and workflows.
The long-term vision is ambitious: building a unified content infrastructure where knowledge is not just created, but shared and accessed like a digital memory system across the enterprise. “We want to be the common brain for businesses—a place where every process, walkthrough, or workflow is captured and easily retrievable,” added Goyal.
Trupeer’s rapid adoption and strong user feedback signal a growing shift in how businesses communicate. As video becomes the default language of modern work, platforms like Trupeer are poised to redefine content creation for the AI era.
