Hyderabad: The Telangana VFX, Animation and Gaming Association (TVAGA), the organizing body of IndiaJoy, today announced a strategic partnership with Fipchain Technology Pvt. Ltd., operating through its flagship platform Producer Bazaar, to host the Indian Film Market, an official intellectual property of IndiaJoy, as part of the upcoming IndiaJoy B2B 2025.
The collaboration was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on September 18, 2025. The Indian Film Market is envisioned as a first-of-its-kind dedicated marketplace and networking hub for India’s Film and AVGC (Animation, VFX, Gaming, Comics) industries, bridging the gap between creators and buyers at both national and global levels.
Driving a Marketplace for Indian Content
The Indian Film Market will feature a Closed-Room Rights Exchange, offering curated catalogues of films, web-series, shorts, adaptations, and regional titles. Producers, studios, and creators will be connected with pre-qualified buyers from OTT platforms, broadcasters, distributors, and satellite channels. The initiative is designed to ensure structured matchmaking, transparency in deal-making, and global visibility for Indian content.
In addition, IndiaJoy will introduce a Pitch-to-Deal Forum, enabling emerging storytellers to present their projects directly to producers, studios, and OTT executives. Fipchain and Producer Bazaar will play a pivotal role in content curation, outreach, and deal structuring.
As part of the programming, Producer Bazaar will also curate panel discussions and fireside chats under its vertical IPClimb, focusing on intellectual property rights, monetization strategies, and future content trends. The sessions will feature top voices from the industry, with the aim of creating a knowledge-driven platform for stakeholders.
Celebrating Deals and Collaborations
To recognize the tangible outcomes of the Expo, deals concluded during the Rights Exchange or collaborative forums will be formally acknowledged in a dedicated Awarding Ceremony at IndiaJoy 2025. This step underscores the event’s role as a serious enabler of business opportunities in the Indian content ecosystem.
