New Delhi: Unicommerce, an e-commerce enablement SaaS platform, has announced the appointment of Gaurav Juneja as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
In his new role, Juneja will oversee Unicommerce’s overall revenue generation strategy, with a focus on scaling sales and business development, strengthening customer relationships, and unlocking new market opportunities. He will also play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies for emerging products and verticals, including B2B commerce, quick commerce, and international expansion.
Juneja brings over two decades of experience across consumer internet, financial services, and retail, combining entrepreneurial thinking with deep operational expertise. Prior to joining Unicommerce, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Kapture.cx, a CX automation SaaS platform. His previous roles also include Head (Digitisation) at Google; Co-Founder of online grocery platform StarQuik, which was later acquired by Tata Trent; and Executive Director at Bryan, Garnier & Co. He has also held leadership positions at Reliance Retail, Lehman Brothers, and Li & Fung India. Juneja holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a bachelor’s degree in business studies from Shaheed Sukhdev College, University of Delhi.

The appointment comes at a time when Unicommerce continues to expand its product portfolio to address the evolving needs of India’s e-commerce ecosystem. Over the past year, the company has launched several new offerings, including a B2B suite, quick commerce management system, video verification (VMS), UniCapture, and an AI-powered assistant, UniBot. Its logistics arm, Shipway, has also introduced AI-led tools such as support chatbot Loca and courier selection engine ShipSense, aimed at improving efficiency across marketplaces, D2C brands, quick commerce platforms, and offline retail.
