V6 News claims top spot in Hyderabad market during Prime Time; Becomes No. 2 in Combined AP & TS

Telugu News Channel V6 News has retained the top spot in the prime time slot in the Hyderabad market with 51.33 GRPs during the week 13-22. Second spot was claimed by TV9 with 32.6 GRP under 15+ TG between 6 PM to 11 PM time band. NTV at No. 3 garnered 12.23 GRPs followed by T News with 9.21 GRPs. TV5 News at No. 5 clocked 7.68 GRPs.

According to BARC data, V6 News channel also bagged the second spot in the combined Andhra Pradesh and Telangana market in the 15+ age category during prime time with 15.84 GRPs. NTV happened to be the leader with 19.2 GRPs. TV9 Telugu stood at No. 3 with 15.64 GRPs while was at a distant No. 4 with 4.75 GRP.
