London: VCCP, the independent global challenger network, has topped the global rankings of creative agencies, ending 2025 with more than $1 billion in new client media billings for the first time in its history.
In a year marked by consolidation and disruption across major holding companies, VCCP recorded its strongest performance to date, securing more than $1.027 billion in new client media billings. The milestone was driven by the agency’s growing presence in the United States, including its win of the telecom giant Spectrum following one of the largest competitive pitches held in 2025. The agency also expanded its momentum in the UK, winning key accounts such as British Gas and Direct Line Group, while also securing the global remit for Barclays.
The rankings were published by Campaign Red in its 2025 global creative agency new-business league, which tracks new revenue based on data submitted by agencies and market intermediaries.
VCCP’s integrated and independent model brings together creative, media, PR, production and AI capabilities under one roof, enabling the agency to build long-term brand platforms designed to deliver measurable value for clients.
The achievement follows a series of industry recognitions, including winning seven awards at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and being named International Agency of the Year by Adweek, Agency of the Year by More About Advertising, and Integrated Agency of the Year by Campaign in 2025.
Julian Douglas said, “Independence is our superpower. For 24 years we’ve remained proudly independent, which means we can organise our business entirely around creating value for our clients. We invest where it matters, from AI to new markets, and build teams and technology where our clients need them. Crossing the $1bn mark in billings is a major milestone and a proud moment for our team, reflecting the trust clients place in our people and our integrated model.”
