Mumbai: Nayara Energy, a private fuel retailer, has appointed Ventures Communications (formerly Ventures Advertising) as its agency partner for a comprehensive national creative and media mandate. The appointment follows a competitive multi-agency pitch, underscoring Nayara Energy’s intent to strengthen brand visibility and communication effectiveness across the country.
Under the mandate, Ventures Communications will handle media planning, buying, and creative development (ATL) for pan-India campaigns. As the Agency on Record, the agency will drive campaign strategy, execution, and brand storytelling across diverse consumer segments and markets.
Chetan Shah, Chairman and Managing Director, Ventures Communications, said the win reflects the agency’s longstanding capability in delivering scalable, integrated communication solutions. He stated that the mandate reflects the agency’s ability to deliver integrated communication and media services that are scalable and built for reach across diverse markets, adding that Ventures’ four-decade legacy equips it to manage complex campaigns demanding innovation, regional depth, and structured execution.
Commenting on the association, Vitesh Shah, Chief Executive Officer, Ventures Communications, noted the significance of partnering with a brand of national stature. He stated that the agency’s focus will be on building unified brand visibility across markets, with structured planning and creative execution aimed at expanding Nayara Energy’s public presence and connecting with wider audiences.
Campaign development will be led by Mr. Rahul Sarkar, Executive Director & Chief Creative Officer, supported by dedicated art, copy, and production teams. Media planning and buying operations are headed by Ms. Vishakha Borija, Media Director, who will oversee placement strategy, platform coordination, and performance optimisation.
Ventures Communications will leverage its structured internal tools for planning, monitoring, and deploying campaigns across media platforms. Campaign implementation is already underway.
