Chennai : Star India’s Tamil GEC Vijay TV has successfully hosted the 5th edition of its Annual Vijay Television Awards at the EVP film city on 6th April 2019.
Star Vijay hosted the award night with an aim to recognise and celebrate the deserving talents within the channel. In the night replete with glitz and glamour, the show witnessed all the stars of the channel together to make it the most celebrated events on Tamil television. The event saw surprising celebrity walk-ins, lot of surprises, celebrations and emotions.
The talents were recognised under various categories like Best Mother, Best Marumagal, Best serial and so on. Vijay TV’s fiction and Nonfiction stars adorned the award night with the gorgeous heroines flaunted the Red-carpet attire.
The Pandian Stores family gave a dance performance on love, emotions and sentiments involved in a joint family. And also, a fun filled classic performance is awaiting from Naam iruvar Namakku iruvar team. The rib tickling spoof act on the channel’s very own popular serials.
The event was hosted by anchors DD and Ma ka pa Anand. The popular fiction show couple Raja Rani fame Sanjeev and Alya manasa had a surprising engagement day on the sets of Vijay Television awards. The romantic spark started from the previous season of this awards ceremony.
