New Delhi: ITC Limited has appointed Vinay Virwani as Head of Consumer Insights – Personal Care, where he will lead insight-driven strategies to accelerate growth for the division.
Virwani moves to ITC from Dabur India, where he served as Head of Consumer Insights from May 2021 to September 2025. At Dabur, he was instrumental in steering consumer research across healthcare, wellness, foods, home, and personal care categories, ensuring that data-driven insights translated into market-relevant strategies.
With more than 15 years of experience, Virwani was previously associated with Reckitt, SC Johnson, Henkel, and Kantar. His expertise spans market research, brand management, and product innovation, with a proven track record of aligning business objectives with evolving consumer trends.
Industry observers note that his combination of analytical acumen and creative problem-solving has influenced diverse product portfolios, from household essentials to pharmaceuticals. At ITC, Virwani will be tasked with deepening consumer connect and unlocking new growth opportunities for the Personal Care business, a key pillar in the company’s FMCG expansion strategy.
