Mumbai: White Rivers Media (WRM), one of India’s leading independent digital agencies, has been appointed to lead the digital transformation for SMFG India Credit, a rapidly growing non-banking financial company (NBFC) and a wholly owned subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group (SMFG).
Under the mandate, WRM will design and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aimed at strengthening SMFG India Credit’s online presence and enhancing customer engagement across India.The scope of work includes social media strategy, integrated digital campaigns, and content creation, with a strong focus on engagement-led storytelling.
WRM will also work towards expanding SMFG India Credit’s digital footprint by participating in cultural and topical conversations and delivering content that resonates with diverse audience segments, particularly underserved communities.
