New Delhi: Whiteflower, an experiential hospitality brand known for its thoughtfully curated retreats across the Himalayas, has elevated Vikas Bhatt to Vice President – Operations. The move reinforces the brand’s focus on operational excellence, immersive guest experiences, and sustained growth across emerging leisure destinations in North India.
In his expanded role, Bhatt will spearhead operations strategy for Whiteflower’s growing portfolio, which includes Whiteflower Jim Corbett, Whiteflower Mussoorie, Bulaakh by Whiteflower Mussoorie, and Whiteflower Dehradun, along with upcoming properties in Haridwar, Nainital, and Rishikesh. His responsibilities will span strategic planning, team leadership, quality benchmarks, and ensuring brand consistency across every guest touchpoint.
Prior to joining Whiteflower, Bhatt built a career of over 15 years with leading hospitality and experiential brands including Taj Hotels, IHG, Smaaash, Radisson Blu, and Alila. His experience across luxury hospitality, destination experiences, and large-format operations brings deep operational expertise and a strong guest-first perspective to Whiteflower’s growth plans.
