Mumbai: Global influencer marketing leader Ykone has announced its merger with Paris-based creative production house Mirror Mirror, forming a new integrated group named One. The strategic move significantly strengthens Ykone’s creative, technology and new-age media capabilities in India, where it operates through BarCode, the influencer marketing agency it acquired in 2024.
The newly formed One group brings together over 400 employees across 20 international cities and represents $150 million in revenue. The merger comes at a time when the influencer marketing industry is witnessing rapid expansion and is projected to reach $90 billion globally by 2030, driven by increasing demand from brands for creativity at scale and seamless global execution.
Positioned as a fully integrated ecosystem, One blends data-driven influencer strategy with high-end creative production and experiential events. For the Indian market, the merger translates into a comprehensive, end-to-end offering tailored for luxury and premium brands. Mirror Mirror’s acclaimed work for global maisons such as LVMH, Chanel and Hermès is now integrated with Ykone and BarCode’s stronghold in India’s influencer and creator economy.
Olivier Billon, Founder of Ykone Group, said, “The creation of One is a strategic evolution of our vision to provide a truly holistic solution to our clients globally. India is a market of immense strategic importance, and by integrating Mirror Mirror’s world-class creative and production talent, we are empowering our Indian team to deliver unparalleled brand experiences. This is not just about consolidation; it’s about elevating the very definition of what’s possible in new-age media.”
Commenting on the merger, Juliette Lambert, Founder of Mirror Mirror, added, “The integration of MIRROR MIRROR into ONE represents a major strategic milestone for our growth. We are joining a group that is clearly future-oriented. We share the conviction that an integrated approach combining influencer strategy, production and events is now essential to serve brands on a global scale. This alliance gives us the means to accelerate, innovate and support our talents in new territories.”
In India, the expanded capabilities go beyond BarCode’s core influencer marketing strength to include immersive influencer technology, cutting-edge creative direction, and large-scale experiential production, leveraging Mirror Mirror’s distinguished creative portfolio and talent network.
Rahul Khanna, Founder of BarCode and a key leader at Ykone, highlighted the impact for Indian clients, stating, “When BarCode joined Ykone, we brought unparalleled local expertise to a global leader. Now, with the addition of Mirror Mirror’s creative genius, we are in a league of our own. This merger equips us to move beyond conventional influencer campaigns and architect comprehensive, culturally resonant brand narratives through world-class creative and experiential events. For our clients in India, this means access to a level of integrated, creative firepower that was previously unattainable in the agency landscape.”
The One group now comprises Ykone’s global influencer network, BarCode’s Indian market leadership, Mirror Mirror’s creative and production houses, talent management firm Bold, and the proprietary data platform Campaygn. Together, these entities aim to offer brands a powerful alternative to the fragmented agency model, ensuring tighter alignment between strategy, creativity and execution across markets.
