Mumbai: Zee Action – India’s one-stop destination for action movies is all set to premiere this action thriller on Saturday, 16th June at 8pm. A hit-man is entrusted with the most bizarre task of his life when a politician reaches out to him with an unusual contract. Super Rakshak is known for its unique storyline and action packed performances. Written and directed by ChandrashekarBandiyappa and produced by DharmashreeManjunath, Super Rakshak stars Sri Murali and Rachita Ram in the lead roles and P. Ravi Shankar, Chikkanna, Sadhu Kokila and Charan Raj in supporting characters.
Manikantha (Ravi Shankar) is an ambitious MLA-cum-gangster, who wants to become a chief minister. After being told by a fortune-teller that he has to see the dead face of a transgender to gain success, he assigns the task of finding a dead body of a transgender to his right-hand man Ratha (Sri Murali). With the intention of completing the task at hand, Ratha tries to sneak into a funeral procession to steal a body, but is caught by Madevi the leader of the transgender community. By now Ratha who is desperate to get a transgender’s dead body attempts to kill Madevi, but fails yet again. Madevi fights him and curses him by reciting mantras. The whole episode leaves Ratha disturbed and he has a change of heart.
To what extent does Manikantha go to become the chief minister? Will Ratha go against him and refuse to comply with his evil intentions?
