Bengaluru: Zee Kannada’s motto has always been to unite all the Kannadigas under one roof that is ‘Zee Kutumba’. To make this dream a reality and make it better than ever before, Zee Kannada presents the most awaited award function of the year “Zee Kutumba Awards-2015”.
The event this year will be a ‘never-seen-before’ spectacle to viewers everywhere. It acknowledges and honours the work of Zee Kannada’s favourite characters & all the technicians associated, which are in a way a part the viewer’s daily lives.
This year the Winners of Popular category awards are chosen by none other than the viewers themselves through votes received by SMS, who completely adore and look up to these larger than life characters.
In addition to SMS voting, to reach out to the massive fan base to the fullest and to collect their valuable votes, Zee Kannad has launched the “Rasikara Express”, a display van has been sent across Karnataka with a ballot box to collect as many votes as possible.
“Rasikara Express” will be passing through various towns in Karnataka such as Mandya, Mysore, Hassan, Mangalore, Shimoga, Hubli-dharwad, Davangere, Tumkur & Bangalore.
The winners will receive their awards in the Mage event on 18th of October 2015, at National College Grounds, Basavanagudi in a star studded evening which will witness extraordinary performances by some of the most loved and favoured faces of Karnataka whom the viewers love to love and also love to hate.
The event will be a memorable evening of celebration that promises to bring together the biggest stars of Kannada Television and Film industry.
The televised event of Zee Kutumba Awards 2015 will be aired on Zee Kannada on a later date, which will be announced shortly.
