Chennai: Zee Tamil continues to push the envelope in delivering engaging and emotionally resonant storytelling with its latest fiction offering — Ayali. Set to premiere on June 2, the high-stakes drama will air Monday to Friday at 8:30 PM, exclusively on Zee Tamil.
A story of strength, sacrifice, and secrets, Ayali follows the journey of its bold titular protagonist, played by Tejaswini Gowda, who returns to the small screen in a striking new avatar after her popular roles in Vidhya No.1 and Sundari Neeyum Sundaran Naanum. As Ayali, she lives a double life — by day, a compassionate woman running a school for speech and hearing-impaired children; by night, a fearless undercover intelligence officer working to clear her late mother’s name.
While Ayali’s kindness is often taken for granted by her stepmother and stepsister, her father and grandmother remain her unwavering pillars of strength. Helping her on her dangerous mission is her childhood friend and fellow agent Siva, played by Anand Selvam, known for his performance in Ninaithale Inikkum.
