Chennai: After the massive success of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Seniors Season 4, Zee Tamil is back with an all-new season of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs, which premiered on November 2. The show has already captivated audiences with its heartwarming and inspiring performances from young, talented singers across Tamil Nadu. Broadcasting every Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM, SRGMP Li’l Champs is quickly becoming a weekend favorite, offering a grand stage for kids to showcase their musical gifts.
This season promises to be an unforgettable musical journey for both contestants and viewers alike. The Children’s Day special episode, which aired recently, was a huge hit, celebrating young talent with surprises, gifts, and unforgettable moments. In a heartwarming gesture to celebrate Children’s Day, Zee Tamil spread joy across Chennai by distributing 30,000 colorful balloons at popular city hubs between November 14-17. This initiative brought smiles to thousands of children and families, spreading happiness throughout the city.
VJ Archana, who is hosting the season, shared her excitement, “At the juncture of introducing the most precious voices of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs this season, what better than doing it with balloons that float and sway and get us all to say ‘Hooray’! Just like balloons bring instant giggles to our faces and soar high, we wish all our talents smile, fly high, and be our life’s symphony for the next six months!”
The journey began with Zee Tamil’s on-ground auditions across every district of Tamil Nadu, where 48 incredible voices were selected. From this pool, the top 24 contestants have been chosen to continue their journey on the show, further showcasing the depth of talent in the state. Tamil Nadu’s State Education Minister, Anbil Mahesh, even took to X to congratulate Yogashri, one of the contestants, and her school teacher for their support in her musical journey.
The show is judged by an esteemed panel of musical experts, including Srinivas, Sweatha Mohan, and SPB Charan, who are mentoring the contestants with their wisdom and guidance. The first episode of the mega auditions has already won the hearts of audiences, and every weekend is set to bring more inspiring performances and touching stories.
