Mumbai: This Ramadan, Zeeba Basmati Rice has unveiled “Ramadan Zeeba Hai”, a soulful musical tribute celebrating faith, gratitude and togetherness. Released under the brand’s new campaign Zindagi Zeeba Hai, the anthem captures the essence of the holy month through emotion-led storytelling and music.

Conceptualised and written by Saumya and Manisha from Maximus Collabs, composed by Mandeep Panghal and rendered in a soulful voice by Shahzad Ali, the song reflects how Ramadan transcends barriers of class and circumstance. It portrays how people across society embrace the month through prayer, compassion, sharing and quiet acts of giving.

“Ramadan Zeeba Hai” highlights the beauty of togetherness, where small gestures of kindness become meaningful offerings and shared meals turn into expressions of love, reinforcing the spiritual fabric of the season.

Speaking on the campaign, Mohit Mathur, CGO – Zeeba Basmati Rice, said, “At Zeeba, we believe that food and faith both have the power to bring people closer. ‘Ramadan Zeeba Hai’ is our tribute to the beautiful spirit of Ramadan, a time when giving becomes instinctive and togetherness becomes the greatest blessing. Through this anthem of the year, we wanted to celebrate how life becomes truly Zeeba (which means beautiful) when it is rooted in gratitude and shared with others.”

Manisha Singh, Director, Maximus Collabs, added, “When we wrote this song, we wanted it to feel personal yet universal. Ramadan is not just observed, it is felt. ‘Ramadan Zeeba Hai’ captures that emotion of how small acts of love remove barriers and makes life beautiful. As the agency on record for Zeeba Basmati Rice, we saw this as an opportunity to create not just a film, but an anthem that resonates across communities and becomes the sound of the season.”

Sharing his experience, Shahzad Ali said, “This song touched my heart the moment I heard it. It speaks of faith in its purest form in kindness, in sharing, in humanity. Recording ‘Ramadan Zeeba Hai’ felt like offering a prayer through music. I truly believe it will become the Ramadan anthem of the year because it carries a message that is timeless and beautiful.”

The initiative also received support from Michelin-starred chef and humanitarian Vikas Khanna, who said, “Festivals remind us that humanity is our greatest asset. Ramadan teaches us compassion, gratitude and the joy of feeding others. ‘Ramadan Zeeba Hai’ beautifully expresses how togetherness makes life richer and more meaningful. When we put people first, every celebration becomes truly beautiful.”

Crafted with cinematic sensitivity and anchored in emotion, the anthem reinforces Zeeba Basmati Rice’s philosophy that true beauty lies not just in celebration, but in the spirit behind it. With evocative lyrics, a moving composition and a resonant voice, “Ramadan Zeeba Hai” aims to become a defining sound of the season, inspiring communities to embrace faith, unity and shared humanity.
