Bengaluru: ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) has announced the launch of its newest Kannada channel, ZEE Power, set to go on air from 23rd August 2025. Building on over three decades of delivering engaging General Entertainment Channels (GECs) across languages, ZEEL is taking the Kannada entertainment experience to an unprecedented level.
Riding on the success of Zee Kannada, which has become a household name and a celebration of the Kannadiga spirit, ZEE Power promises to be “a vibrant, energetic, and inclusive space where fiction meets reality, where drama meets inspiration, and where culture meets innovation.” The channel’s programming will feature a dynamic mix of high-voltage serials, socially engaging reality shows, women-led narratives, blockbuster movies, festival specials, and regional sports events.

ZEE Power’s launch lineup includes four fiction series — Rajakumari, Shubhasya Sheeghram, Jodi Hakki, and Gauri, a reality show — Halli Power, and a devotional show — Bhavishya Darshana. The shows aim to revive family viewing traditions and offer content appealing to all generations.
- Rajakumari, airing daily at 7:00 PM, follows a brave, entrepreneurial young woman adapting to city life and establishing her own sweet shop.
- Gauri, telecast at 7:30 PM, explores a woman’s dedication to her family amidst complex personal challenges.
- Jodi Hakki, airing at 8:00 PM, highlights ideological clashes and social commentary through the story of Akshara and Rudra.
- Shubhasya Sheeghram, at 8:30 PM, is a family drama exploring societal norms, romance, and the values of middle-class life.
- Halli Power, from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM, hosted by Akul Balaji, showcases city girls adapting to village life.
- Bhavishya Darshana, airing 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM, offers astrology and devotional insights to start the day on a thoughtful note.
