Mumbai: Zuno General Insurance, the new-age digital insurer, has launched its latest campaign, “Say Hi’”, aligning with Mental Health Awareness Month. The campaign underscores the transformative power of small gestures in an increasingly digital and disconnected world.
With social feeds constantly scrolling and inboxes overflowing, moments of genuine connection are becoming rare. Zuno’s new initiative serves as a powerful reminder that something as simple as a “Hi” can go a long way in making someone feel seen, heard, and supported.
“Say Hi” highlights how everyday opportunities to connect are often missed—be it a message left unread or a moment of silence between colleagues, friends, or family members. By encouraging people to pause and reach out, the campaign hopes to create a ripple effect of empathy and conversation.
“At Zuno, ‘easy, breezy, surely’ isn’t just a brand promise, it’s a way of being. We are here to make life a little lighter not just through insurance, but by fostering real, human connections. Our brand’s signature outreach symbol signifies connection, and this campaign brings that philosophy to life. Whether it’s simplifying claims or the act of reaching out, Zuno is committed to making the hard stuff a little easier including talking about mental health,” said Ketan Mankikar, Vice President & Head of Marketing, Zuno General Insurance.
The campaign is being promoted through thumb-stopper videos and reels showcasing relatable, everyday scenarios where disconnection subtly creeps in. These visuals aim to spark reflection and inspire viewers to engage in simple, yet meaningful gestures.
Further amplifying its message, Zuno is hosting an interactive AMA (Ask Me Anything) session on Instagram featuring a mental wellness professional. Participants can send in their questions via comments or direct messages, which will be answered through a video message on Zuno’s social media platforms.
Through this initiative, Zuno reiterates its commitment to creating more than just insurance solutions—it aims to build bridges of empathy and understanding. After all, sometimes all it takes is a simple “Hi” to start a meaningful conversation.
