Mumbai: 0101.Today, a data-driven conversion specialist focused on helping enterprises drive growth through the integration of data, media, communication and technology, has announced the appointment of Nitika Khanna as Director – Martech.
In her new role, Khanna will lead the design of lifecycle-driven Martech architectures that connect customer data, analytics, automation platforms and communication systems into unified engagement ecosystems that improve conversion and retention.
At 0101.Today, she will work closely with enterprise teams to design Martech ecosystems that integrate customer data infrastructure, analytics platforms and marketing automation technologies with clearly defined lifecycle strategies. Her work will focus on turning data into actionable engagement frameworks that improve conversion, retention and long-term customer value.
Khanna brings over a decade of experience across global consumer technology platforms, digital marketplaces and enterprise consulting environments. Prior to joining 0101.Today, she served as Director – Martech at Performics India and Head of CRM at MAISON D’AURAINE. She has also held key roles including Retention Consultant at WebEngage, Head of CRM at Trell, and Associate Marketing Manager at Nykaa, where she built and scaled CRM and lifecycle engagement systems across multiple markets. Her experience includes designing retention frameworks, developing behavioural segmentation models and implementing automation systems that enable brands to translate customer data into meaningful engagement at scale.
