Bengaluru: The Advertising Club Bangalore has announced the 41st edition of the Big Bang Awards, one of India’s most prestigious platforms recognising excellence across advertising, media, design, digital, and marketing. The awards will be held on Saturday, 7 February 2026, at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore.
Marking a significant evolution in format, the 2026 edition will be presented as a full-day industry experience for the first time. Beginning in the afternoon, the event will feature a curated line-up of workshops, a Founders Circle fireside chat, and The Bang on Music, culminating in the evening with the much-anticipated awards ceremony. The new structure aims to deepen industry engagement by combining learning, networking, and celebration on a single platform.
Now in its 41st year, the Big Bang Awards continue to be a key barometer of creative excellence in India. With over 130 award categories, the platform recognises outstanding work across print, broadcast, digital, mobile, experiential, and emerging media, reflecting the expanding scope and complexity of the communications ecosystem.
“We are delighted to bring together agencies, brands, creators, and media leaders to honour work that sets new benchmarks for creativity and effectiveness,” said Laeeq Ali, President, Advertising Club Bangalore. “The Big Bang Awards are not just about recognising winners; they are about celebrating ideas that shape culture, influence business, and define the future of our industry.”
The 2026 edition is backed by a distinguished group of sponsors and partners, underscoring strong industry support for the platform and its mission to elevate creative standards. Organisers expect participation from leading agencies, brand custodians, digital-first companies, and independent creators from across the country.
Over the decades, the Big Bang Awards have built a reputation for rigorous judging, relevance, and credibility, making them a coveted recognition within the marketing and communications fraternity. With its expanded format, the 41st edition seeks to further strengthen its role as not only an awards show, but also a knowledge-sharing and community-building forum for India’s creative industry.
