Chennai : The highly acclaimed fun filled comedy television series “Chinna pappa Periya pappa” produced by the Radaan Mediaworks after tasting success few years ago is now back again in an all new season with fresh content and add-on cast on the leading Tamil satellite channel Sun TV.
The show was designed with rich star cast as the veteran actor Nalini plays the role of ‘Chinna papa’, actor Chitra plays ‘Periya papa’, actor Nirosha as ‘Kaakkinaada Kanagadurga’ and actor Madhumitha as ‘Pappu’.
It is at courts as it is in ponds; some fish, some frogs goes a proverb. In this serial too, the main characters fight for their rights and families just as how a frog would try to pull fish to land and a fish would try to pull a frog to water, leaving no peace to both.
The entire series is intended to be just that – a laugh riot sure to tickle the viewers funny bone and make their time filled with laughter at the end of the day.
Starting from 15th Nov, It will be aired every Saturdays at 10 pm on Sun TV. It may be noted that the first season of the show was critically acclaimed due to its freshness and quality making. Sun TV and Radaan are hoping that the new season also replicate similar sucess.
The show is being directed by S.N. Sakthivel who happened to be the director of the first season of Chinna Pappa Periya Pappa and while Screenplay and Dialogue written by G. K. Gopinath
