Chennai : Tamil Nadu based dairy product maker Hatsun Agro has bagged the Golden Trophy from the Agricultural and Processed Food Product Export Development Authority for largest dairy products exporter in the year 2012-13.
Hatsun Agro, Head-Marketing and Sales, J Prasanna Venkatesh received the trophy from Union Commerce Secretary, Rajeev Kher at a function held in New Delhi recently.
“..this award recognises the company’s steadfast commitment to quality and innovation. This yet another milestone in the company’s list of achievements”, the Chennai-based company said in a statement.
Hatsun Agro is one of the largest dairy products manufacturers in South India. They own the popular milk brand “Arokya”, Hatsun Butter, Hatsun Panneer, Ghee and Arun Icecreams.
The Company also owns nationwide Ice Cream outlets under the brand “ibaco” that serves 36 flavours of rich and creamy icecreams with 10 varieties of sauces, 12 exciting toppings and List of exclusive sundaes to choose from.
The company also ventured in to retail with Hatsun Parlours that exclusively sells the brands of Hatsun Agro Products which are spread across the South India.
